We had a nice relaxing 3-day weekend at this beautiful, clean and light filled house on the beach. We enjoyed walks on the beach and the roar of the gulf while we sat on the huge deck and enjoyed cocktails. The only problem we had was that two of the bedrooms were much colder than the rest of the house but we found nice thick blankets in the closet so we were fine.

The beds and pillows were all very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has pots, pans, cups and utensils, but no oil/salt/pepper/foil. Not an issue but FYI if you plan to cook. We spent all of our time on the deck, but the house has a wonderful layout that leaves all guests with a feeling of privacy and seclusion.

The living room couch only seats 4 people comfortably; however plenty of seating if you consider chairs around the dining table, and stools set up around the breakfast & wine bars. All in all Beach House has been best rental in Galveston for our family. The surf, sand & sun are fabulous, but our beach houses with private pools offer easy swimming options for families of all ages.
